Always found something to do during the days and had nice evenings at local pubs.

"Lovely and beautiful, so well equipped cottage.
Had great walk along river, over bridge and back on hand pull ferry.
Great cream tea at Rose Cottage Tea Garden, except for the wasps.
Would have done more with better weather.
Nice meal at the Wye Knot Inn
The pheasant came to visit
Must mention cottage spotless. Thank you for chocies. Lots of useful info very appreciated.
Have to add, most comfortable bed and very soft bedding. Very luxurious".

"Dream cottage set in a fantastic location with great attention to detail.
Look out for Fred & Nancy the Pheasants!
Would recommend a visit to Yat Rock, the views are worth the climb.
Dinner at Ye Old Ferrie Inn & Saracens Head were lovely.

"An absolutely fabulous cottage with everything you could possibly need and so much more!
Set in a spectacular location. A fabulous find. We've had a brilliant break.
Walks, castles, bike ride, Clearwell caves, Puzzlewood and Tintern
and a drink in the cosy Saracen's Head before getting the 'ferrie' home... perfect.
The nature theatre at the back of the cottage each morning was an added treat -
foxes, squirrels, pheasants, birds.. beautiful".

Great walks from the door, we walked to the 'rock' the hard way both ways!!
Excellent food at Old Coach Inn & Saracens Head good too.
